Blue Frogs Legs Studio is based in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. My studio hours are by appointment only. You can book an appointment here .

Returns
All sales are final. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 5 days at bluefrogslegs@live.ca if the art work is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your received order is damaged, please contact us at bluefrogslegs@live.ca or the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-4 days. Shipments may be delayed due to weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and expect any delays, we will communicate these changes to you.
Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the artwork purchased, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
You can also pick up your artwork at the studio located at 393 Water Street, 3rd Floor, Studio 7, in Peterborough, ON, Canada.
This can be done by choosing "pick up" as the delivery method when purchasing an item, and then booking an appointment here , or contacting us directly to schedule a pick up time.
